Competition Training Services

We offer several unique types of programs customized to your competition and fitness needs. From programs on weight training, cardio, and diet to simple diet plans to maximize your muscle development. These include:

  • 8 to 12 week off season strength and muscle development programs.
  • 12 to 16 week off season training and diet plans.
  • Prep coaching for competition(diet/training), including all resources necessary for competing, including (competition) suits, hotel info, tanning, posing practice, hair and make-up consultants, and more.

Through your individualized training program we will maintain a week to week progress file for you to review once your training program is complete.
